She has been insistent on the side of ranch now but yes, she does eat it! We do 'therapy' at home too for all new foods! I'm a big believer in family meals especially after not having them for a while--then you really see things go haywire! She'd eat PB&J every night if it were up to her and Yes, that does happen on occasion!
